PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds new Taego map arrives next week - boydafterand

Combat royale shooter PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has revealed details of Update 12.2 which leave feature the halt's brand new 8×8 map titled Taego.

The map—formerly known As Codename: Tiger—was outset teased backrest in May. Information technology's set in 1980's South Han-Gook and is based around Hosan Prison house. Most notably, the map features two new gameplay features; a individual-revive item acknowledged as Individual AED and a new Comeback BR automobile mechanic that will allow downed squads the luck to hark back to the fight.

Update 12.2 also includes a new Subsister Pass named Survivor Pass: Taego with a bunch of new cosmetic rewards for players to collect, with bonus medals, emblems and G-Coins for those WHO progress the pass past charge 50. The update will also see the game's newest licenced fomite, every bit players will get to drive in the Hyundai Pony Coupe.

To mark the social occasion of the new update, there's also a refreshing live-action short film named Ground Zero set in the Hosan Prison house of the map. Starring Don Lee from the movies Train to Busan and the upcoming Wonder's Eternals, the movie takes place in the PUBG universe and has Lee playing a prisoner who makes a daring escape.

The 12.2 Update for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds and Taego map is already live nowadays on the PC test server, and will arrive in the live game on PC happening July 7.
